Cathy graduated from Texas A&M University in 1990 with a degree in Civil Engineering. She had a successful career, earning her Professional Engineers License, working in that field for 11 years until the birth of her second child. Cathy’s husband, David, is an attorney and Cathy has since managed their large household of 5 children and their beef business. She has direct experience buying and selling several homes and two ranch properties. She has designed and built two houses as well as completing several remodels and enjoys looking for the potential in every property. Cathy realizes that in order to achieve your goals during the buying and selling process, your relationship with your agent is of paramount importance. Cathy and David have lived in Houston since 1992 and in Spring Valley since 1996. They are active members at Grace Presbyterian, serving as elders, teaching Sunday School and Bible Study. Their children attend Baylor University, Texas A&M University and Memorial High School. Cathy volunteers at MHS, chairing teacher hospitality committees and serving in all areas where her children are involved including football, volleyball, choir, theater and scouts. When they aren’t busy in Houston with kids’ activities, David, Cathy and all their kids enjoy spending time at their ranch near Moulton, Texas.
