Before his clients pack their first moving box or step foot in a home for sale, Steve Capello has educated them on all of the different scenarios that can come their way in today’s housing market, thus ensuring his clients are always prepared. It’s this dedication to informing his clients and listening to their needs that brings this experienced Realtor so many repeat clients.
Steve has been successfully helping Texans buy and sell homes for over a decade. A native Houstonian, Steve graduated from Klein Forest High School and Sam Houston State University with a bachelor’s degree in criminal justice. Upon finishing college, Steve worked with adults with disabilities and then moved on to a career in sales and marketing. He then transitioned into the real estate industry and found his permanent career path, first becoming a licensed Realtor in 2002 and then earning his real estate Broker License in 2012.
In addition to typical home buying transactions, Steve has extensive experience and knowledge in helping clients relocate to Houston, and has specifically made a name for himself with corporate expats returning to the States from jobs abroad. From downtown to surrounding counties, Steve stays up-to-date on all greater Houston area markets and remains consistently prepared to smooth the path for a client to return home.
In addition to his professional endeavors, Steve is an active volunteer with the Houston Livestock Show and Rodeo, serving as vice chairman of the Rodeo merchandise team. He also serves on the board of directors for Forgotten Angels, a non-profit based in Pearland, TX dedicated to supporting individuals with disabilities. And when he is not working or volunteering, you can find him on a softball field with one of Houston’s many recreational teams or fishing off Galveston Bay.
